In her role as advocacy and partnerships associate, Zoë Bulls bring to CHANGE her expertise facilitating women’s rights and equal opportunity initiatives at the local, state, national, and international levels. Her previous advocacy efforts at the National Democratic Institute, EMILY's List, and Annie's List in Texas focused on increasing women's political participation and representation to advance women's rights within formal political institutions. Zoë’s core belief that reproductive rights are central to women's equality guided her work on a human-centered design project at Population Services International that aimed to meet the contraceptive needs of adolescent girls in Tanzania, Nigeria, and Ethiopia. Zoë earned her B.A. in International Relations and Global Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
