This case study assesses the utility of the reverse co-del, or reverse congressional delegation, which is a tool used to influence global health policy and advocacy as undertaken by the COMPASS Africa Coalition in support of its advocacy for integrated HIV prevention and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in Malawi, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
