In May 2017, CHANGE staff members, Bergen Cooper, the Director of Policy Research, and Beirne Roose-Snyder, the Director of Public Policy traveled to Uganda and Swaziland to conduct an independent 15-day fact finding mission to analyze how the DREAMS project to reduce HIV and AIDS in adolescent girls and young women operates in these countries.
